Introduction

The culminating projects from graduating M.Arch students developed in thesis studios led by Professor M Paz Gutierrez. The studio, titled “Air,” embraces the multidisciplinary context of architectural investigations while positioning the design problem or product as a framework where broad scales are interdependently seamed with the common goal of performance (e.g. socioeconomic, historical, aesthetic, environmental) integration.
